Warranty

Most Fluid Motion products (except liners) carry a limited warranty 90 days from the date of shipment.

The warranty for regular priced liners is 30 days from the date of shipment.

Workmanship/material warranty:  Customers requesting a workmanship or material defect warranty must contact FM within 90 days from the date of shipment.  If it is determined that there is workmanship or material defects, Fluid Motion will repair or replace the product or issue a credit. 

This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear and tear, accident or exterior appearance or color, breakage (except breakage resulting directly from manufacturing defects), improper dealer service, or if the binding was in any way altered, changed or re-installed by the user of the binding.

This limited warranty extends only to the original consumer who purchased a new product from Fluid Motion or one of Fluid Motion's authorized dealers.

In no event shall Fluid Motion be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

All implied warranties or merchant-ability or otherwise are limited in duration to 90 days following the date of shipment. 

All comments, feedback and warranty issues should be forwarded directly to Fluid Motion Sports via email.

Return Policy

-Sale priced items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

-Please contact us via email or through our contact us links before returning an item.  Returns will not be accepted without a Return Processing Number.  If possible ship returns with USPS (Postal system) and a tracking #, to eliminate brokerage fees and for tracking the items.

-For a refund or credit, customer must contact us within 30 days of the ship date.

-Item must be shipped back in the original packaging and unused condition.

-A refund (or credit) less the original shipping will be issued only if the item is in 100% re-stockable condition.

-Returns may be subject to a 25% or more re-stocking fee.

-Please do not ship COD as they will be refused.

-State the value to be $30 otherwise import duties may incur, and these will be deducted from the final refund.

-Customer is responsible for all risks of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement.  You choose to insure for loss or damage.  Use USPS (not UPS or Fedex, as they charge high brokerage fees which will be deducted from your refund).  Use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number and proof of delivery.

-If shipping from outside Canada, you may need to fill out a commercial invoice/shipping document.  If required, the classification or harmonized tariff code is 9813 00 0094.

-All brokerage free and import duties incurred due to your returned item(s) will be deducted from your refund or credit.  Therefore declare the reason for export as "products being returned"

- There is no refund or credit available for CUSTOM orders.  In the event of a defective part, it will be replaced, if customer has notified fluidmotionsports.com of the issue within 30 days of receiving the custom item(s).

-No returns or refunds for gift certificates.

-As transit is executed by other companies, we aren't responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. It happens rarely, but for these cases a claim should be initiated.
