Orders for stock items, spare parts and liners are usually shipped within 5 business days. Most boot systems are custom assemble and can take up to 2 or 3 weeks to process dependent on our backlog.  Please note there may be a shipping surcharge for bulky or overweight orders.

This Shipping Charges calculated at checkout are best guess based on your order, however actual shipping may differ once your order has been boxed.  Therefore, please be aware that the shipping amount calculated is a quote only.  We will let you know if there is any difference in the final shipping costs once your order is ready to be shipped.

Shipping to Canada

Regular Mail: This method takes approximately 12 business days once shipped. This method of shipping has no tracking number and no insurance included. We are not responsible for loss or damage to your shipment once it leaves our warehouse.

Express Air: Fastest way to ship with a trackable waybill # and an approximate 5-7 business day delivery time (includes insurance coverage).

Shipping to USA

Priority Worldwide:  This method takes approximately 2-3 business days.  Includes tracking#.  This is the quickest shipping method available.

Xpresspost:  This method takes approximately 5 business days.  Includes tracking#.

Expedited: This method takes approximately 10 business days.  Includes tracking#.

Tracked Packet:  This method takes approximately 10 business days.  Includes tracking#.  This option is only available for smaller shipments.

Small Packet:  This method takes approximately 14 business days.  Does not include tracking#.  This option is only available for smaller shipments.

Regular Air:  This method takes approximately 20 business days.  Does not include tracking#.

Regular Ground:  This method takes approximately 40 business days.  Does not include tracking#.

Shipping Internationally

The estimated shipping dates International vary significantly based on location.  The more rural your location the longer shipping will take.  The below is best guess on shipping times.  If you are concerned about how long your order will take please choose a quicker shipping method or contact us before placing your order.

Taxes, duty, customs fees, broker fees, delivery agent charges and so forth which may be assessed in your country are not included in the price of the product or in the shipping price. Be aware that there could be charges which may be payable by you upon receipt of the package. If packages are held by your country's customs office, or your local delivery agent, it is your responsibility to locate the package and arrange for delivery once clearance has been approved.
